Central to the success of LGI is our commitment to our clients and consequently, without reservation, we honour our obligation to respect and protect the privacy of the personal information of individuals with whom we deal.
Whenever it is reasonable and practicable to do so, we only collect information about people directly from them and which is reasonably necessary to our business. We do not generally collect sensitive information about individuals unless required by laws or rules.
We only use and disclose personal information for the purpose for which it was disclosed to us or related purposes which would reasonably be expected without an individuals permission. We do not sell personal information to other organisations. We may disclose personal information to service providers who provide services in connection with our products and services.
We take all reasonable steps to ensure that all information we hold is accurate. Clients are requested to provide any corrections or changes to personal information that they believe is inaccurate or incomplete. All information is maintained in a secure environment with only appropriate access authorised.
